- Thorpe v Barrett [2015] NZHC 3344, Successfully overturned Family Court decision and allowing relocation out of Auckland.
- Public Trust v H [2016] NZHC 1578, Successfully overturned Family Court decision granting leave to bring Property (Relationship) Act proceedings out of time.
- H v R [2017] NZHC 2617, Counsel to assist the Court on an amicus in relation to Hague Convention on Child Abduction.
- S v P [2018] NZHC 2645, Successfully upheld judgment of lower court directing return of children pursuant to the Hague Convention to Australia.
